Once upon a time in Poland: Movement, Self Defense & Mental and Physical Development

The main aim of this project is to connect mind and body while exploring movements that take inspiration from different martial arts, and to discuss related theoretical and philosophical concepts. Special thanks to @judotigers for letting us take part in a professional judo lesson, mixing together with local practitioner, national champions, beginners and kids, promoting cultural, inter-disciplinary and inter-generational exchange, aiming to inspire both participants and local community into trying new disciplines and new experiences, without prejudices.
